3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website. By booking a workshop or session, you agree to our Terms & Conditions relating to attendance, cancellations, and refunds.

Please ensure you read the full workshop or course description carefully before booking. Some workshops include machine hire, but many do not. If you need to hire a machine, there is a small fee. This information is clearly provided in our "Hire a Machine" section.

Some sessions also require experience or materials to be brought by the participant. It is your responsibility to ensure the session is suitable for your needs before completing your booking.

4. Missed Sessions & Course Attendance

If you are attending a multi-session course and miss a session, we will do our best to accommodate you with a catch-up or alternative. However, if you miss more than one session, you will unfortunately forfeit the additional missed time. We are unable to rearrange or transfer course bookings once a course has started.

For stand-alone workshops, we may occasionally offer repeat dates. If we have space, we will try to book you onto an alternate session, but this is not always possible. Please only book if you are confident you can attend. We operate a strict no refund policy.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable documents, is the property of Hadieda or our content providers and is protected by copyright laws.
